What we collect

When you use a contact or intake form on this site, we collect what you type into it: your name, your phone number and/or email address, and the details you share about your technology issue. That is all.

Why we collect it

So we can reply to your request and arrange support. That is the only reason.

How it is used

Form submissions are sent to info@essentialtechnology.ca so one person — Mutasif — can respond to you. We never sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else, and we never use it for marketing you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

We keep request details only as long as needed to help you and for normal business records.
